Conjunction definition:  Word which merely joins together sentences, and sometimes words known as conjunction. Conjunction make sentences more compact. Example: Our hoard is little,  but  our hearts are great. She must weep,  or  she will die. Three  and  three make sir. Note:  Bold letters are conjunctions because they join sentences.
